Kirby W. Bock is a Managing Director and Partner with 28 years of industry experience. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals by simplifying complex financial concepts and creating plans clients can clearly understand and engage with. Kirby especially enjoys the wealth planning process, using data-driven analysis to help clients better understand their probability of success.

He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri in 1988.  Prior to entering the financial services industry in 1998, Kirby served 10 years as a Naval Officer and Aviator having completed three Western Pacific deployments.  He earned his MBA while serving on active duty.  He holds Series 7, 63, 65 securities registrations and insurance licenses.

Away from the office, Kirby enjoys flying, boating, and serving his community and church.  He is a member the Wing Flying Club, past president of the Lee’s Summit Sunrise Rotary Club, has also had several leadership roles in the church, including Board Vice President, Treasurer, and oversaw two expansion projects as chairman of the building committee. He has also coached numerous youth sports teams over the years.

Kirby enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, Beth, their three children Jeff (wife Lauren), Jessica (husband Nate) and Lillie (husband Robert), and their grandchildren, Emma, Zoey, Logan and Jonah.

Tiffany Lopez is the Branch Office Manager, Vice President with 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. She enjoys the relationships she builds through her work and takes pride in helping clients and colleagues through problem solving and day to day support.

Tiffany began her career in banking as a loan secretary before becoming a loan officer. She joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2010 as a Client Associate and became registered in 2015, continuing to expand her experience and leadership within the industry.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys backyard campfires with her husband, dog, and two cats. She also loves attending concerts, doing crafts, and reading.

Melissa Smalley is a Senior Client Relationship Manager, Assistant Vice President with more than 32 years of industry experience. She is known for her dedication to client service and enjoys helping clients solve problems and navigate their requests with care and efficiency.

Melissa began her career as a wire operator and has held a variety of operational roles throughout her career, giving her a strong foundation in client support and financial services operations. She appreciates that every day brings something new and values the opportunity to continue learning and growing in her role.

Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends, along with her two dogs. She also enjoys reading, gardening, and visiting her daughter and grandchildren in New Hampshire.
